Abstract/Citation: In appliance with the Federal Law "On Special Inspection of Working Conditions", establishes the Rules of Allowing Organizations the Activity of Conducting Special Inspection of Working Conditions, Registration thereof in the Registry of Organizations Conducting Special Inspection of Working Conditions, also the Activity of Stopping and Termination of Activity of Conducting Special Inspection of Working Conditions, also of Formation and Keeping of the Registry of Organizations Conducting Special Inspection of Working Conditions. The Rules also define the activity and obligations of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs regarding the technical functioning of the registry and the registration of an organization in the registry; also defines the procedure of application for registration in the registry by an organization pending to conduct inspection of working conditions.
