|Abstract/Citation:||Supplements the Labour Code with a new chapter 50.1 (Peculiarities of regulation of labour of workers who are foreign citizens or persons without citizenship) establishing, inter alia, peculiarities of concluding employment contract with foreign citizens or persons without citizenship, of temporary transference of them, required documents for admission to work, the procedure of dismissal from work and of termination of employment contract, also the procedure of payment of severance pay. Introduces minor wording changes to articles 3, 11, 20, 63, 65 of the Labour Code, also repealing para 12 of part 1 and part 3 of article 83 (Termination of employment contract as a result of circumstances independent of will of parties).
Supplements article 13 (Labour activity of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation) of the Law "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation" with a new para 10 establishing the obligation of foreign citizens to have voluntary medical insurance to be eligible to carry out labour activity in the Russian Federation; also changes the wording of para 4.2 of the same article.
Repeals article 25 of the Law No. 271-FZ of 30 December 2006 "On the Retail Markets and to Amend the Labour Code".
