Lag (2013:134) om nordisk konvention om social trygghet.
Establishes that the Convention on Social Security between Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Norway (signed in Bergen June 12, 2012) shall apply as law in Sweden. Includes amendments up to Act 2014:164 (2014-04-15).

The Nordic countries have agreed to conclude a new Nordic Convention on social security. The Convention complements the EU regulations and in some cases additional rights of persons moving between the Nordic countries. Since the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA) came into force it applies to the Nordic countries, the European rules on coordination of social security rules for workers, self-employed persons and their families moving within the Community, also in terms of people moving between the Nordic countries.

Contains 4 sections concerning, inter alia:

Section I: General provisions (Articles 1-4).
Section II: Provisions concerning applicable laws (Article 5-6).
Section III: Special provisions on entitlement to benefits.

Section IV: Other provisions (Articles 13-18).

Repals Act (2004:114) on the Nordic Convention on Social Security. The repealed Act still applies in relation to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Åland until the new Convention shall enter into force.
