| Abstract/Citation: | Amends, inter alia, Labour Code adding new words to para 7.1 of part I of article 81(Termination of Employment Contract on Employer's Initiative); adding part 5 to article 349.1 which prohibits employees (also their wives and their children) of a state corporation and of a state company to open and maintain accounts (deposits) and store cash and valuables in foreign banks outside the territory of the Russian Federation, hold and (or) use foreign financial instruments; also adding the new part 2 to article 349.2 by which the above mentioned is likewise prohibited for employees(also their wives and their children) of Pension Fund, Fund of Social Insurance, Federal Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance of the Russian Federation and other organizations established by Russian Federation. |
