Abstract/Citation: The purpose of the Law is to ensure to persons with reduced work abilitly due to illness or accidents, have access to occupational vocational rehabilitation which should be one element of a comprehensive system of rehabilitation where vocational funds and agencies at both the central and local government work together as much as possible and seek to define and perform their functions in a manner that provide people with the opportunity to be active in the labor market.
