| Abstract/Citation: | The Regulation defines: 1 ) application draft for benefits mentioned in Art.3 al.1 of the Act on special solutions on workplaces protection; 2 ) agreement specimen concerning benefits payment (based on art.9 al.1, of the Act on Special Solutions for Protecting Employment); 3 ) specimen of the list of employees entitled to the benefits in line with art.11 of the Act; 4 ) deadline and manner of entrepreneurs settlement of funding received from Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund; 5 ) the deadline and manner of information transferring on the use of funds for the benefits payment to the minister responsible for labor issues by the voivodeship Marshal. |
