It amends several provisions of the Regulations on Social Insurance Proceedings published in the Official Gazette No. 27579 dated 12.05.2013: para 2 of article 9 (working programs); para 1 (B) of article 10 (persons working abroad); para 1 of article 13 (electronic infrastructure); para 1 (a) of article 18 (protocols); article 25 (Labour court); para 2 of article 27 (bid); para 1 (b) of article 28 (branch code); para 1 (b) of article 32 (declaration); para 2 of article 37 (occupational accidents); para 3 of article 42 (supervisors); para 5 of article 58 (start of the work, declaration); article 66 (date of insurance); article 98 (declaration of premiums); article 102 (labour courts); article 103 (monthly bonus); article 107 (registration, books); article 108 para 4 (e) and (i) (labour courts decisions); repeals sentence four of para 2 of article 110; article 111 para 3, 4 and 5 (unit costs); repeals para 8 and 9 and amends para 5 of article 112 (audit and controls); para 6 of article 113 (conflicts committee); article 114 (audit and controls); adds a temporary article 15 (affectation of persons having studies abroad).
