Abstract/Citation

Introduces, inter alia, changes in the titles of several articles and chapters of the Labour Code. Thus, Chapter 28 of the Labour Code now reads as follows: "Peculiarities of Regulation of Work of State Officials, Deputies in the Parliament and Maslikhats, Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Military, Personnel of State Special and Law-Enforcement Bodies"; articles 256 "the Military, Personnel of State Special and Law-Enforcement Bodies"; 257 "Regulation of Work of the Military, Personnel of State Special and Law-Enforcement Bodies".

Rephrases para 1-1 of article 156 regulating compensation payments to employees in cases when their work is performed en route or is a travelling job or involves official trips within the bounds of sectors serviced; sub-paragraph 1 of para 1 of article 303 regulating the question of strikes in periods of martial law or emergency situations; sub-paragraph 2 of para 1 of article 322 regulating the work of servicemen in the armed forces engaged to perform work not connected with military service.
