| Abstract/Citation: | Amends, inter alia, para 1 of article 81 ( Discontinuation of a Labour Contract at the Employer's Initiative) of the Labour Code providing that non declaration or partial declaration of revenues by certain categories of public officials can serve as a basis for lose of confidence by the employer. Introduces minor wording changes to para 3 of article 192 (Disciplinary Punishments). Supplements the Code with article 349.2 regulating the work and anti-corruption provisions that extend to certain categories of public servants. Amends, inter alia, Law on Public Service supplementing it with article 20.1 regulating anti-corruption provisions applicable to public servants as well as the basis for dismissal of public servants in cases of non-provision of wealth, revenue, expenses and other asset related information to the employer.Introduces similar anti-corruption provisions to the Law on Municipal Service. |
