Abstract/Citation
Confirms the importance of membership in the EU for Croatia in providing a stable legal and economic framework to facilitate further development of Croatian industry and agriculture based on educated work force and greater investment in education, research and development in accordance with the EU standards. Affirms continued implementation of pre-accession reforms, including those related to social security and the rule of law.
