Introduces changes in articles 2 (Scope of the Present Law), 30 (Conflict of Interests of High-ranking Officials) and 44 (Administrative Procedure at Ethics Committee for High-ranking Officials) and supplements article 24 (Limitation of Other Activities of Public Servants and High-ranking Officials).
These changes mainly regulate situations of conflict of interest in cases where a public servant posses shares in the capital of a commercial company.
