| Abstract/Citation: | This Act amends various provisions of Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Act No. 5510 of 31 May 2006: - adds a new para to article 6 (Ministry of Youth and Sports, Sports General Directorate, Turkey Football Federation); - adds a new para to Article 41 para 1 (a) (students sent abroad); adds a provisional article 42 (right to apply to the administration within 60 days); - adds a provisional article 43 (rights of students coming back from their studies abroad); - adds a provisional article 44 (rights of civil servants subject to disciplinary sanctions); - amends para 5 of article 47 and para 15 (c) (occupational disease); - amends para 1 (f) of article 69 (occupational disease); - adds a para to article 73 (occupational disease, pensions, war veterans, etc.); - adds a new para to provisional article 4 (disability pension); - adds a new para to provisional article 14, para 1 (occupational disease, disability pension); - adds a new para to provisional article 18, para 2 (invalidity pension). It repeals para 4 of provisional article 6 of Turkish Commercial Code, Act No. 6102 dated 13.01.2011. It amends various provisions of Act No. 5434 (of 8 June 1949) on the Retirement Fund of the Turkish Republic: - adds a new para to article 56 para 1 (rights of victims of terrorist acts of certain categories of persons, etc.); - amends para 4 of article 72 (Compensation to public Officials); - adds a sentence to para 1 of article 77 (army officers under contract); - adds a provisional article 224 (rights of disabled persons). |
