| Abstract/Citation: | Amends various provisions of the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Act No. 5510 of 31 May 2006: - article 67 para 3 (adds after the words "Identity card" "and/or Biometric methods to authenticate"); - adds a new sentence after para 2 of article 68 (download of up to 1% contribution for health care); - amends para 1(J) of article 102 (notification for the end of the insurance year); - amends para 1 of temporary article 20 (replaces the words "2 years" by "4 years"); - adds a temporary article 39 (Allocation date or the date of death, calculation of pensions, determination of the insured income replacement rate); - adds a temporary article 40 (calculation of pensions). |
