Article 1.
Amendments to the Employment Contract Law Harmonization Act. Introduces new sections concerning:
§ 7d - Obligation to keep records of wages;
§ 7e - Centre of Excellence to combat wages- and social-dumping;
§ 7f - Surveys to monitor the minimum wage;
§ 7g - Detection of violations linked to sickness insurance;
§ 7h - Violation detection linked to Construction Workers Leave and Severance Pay Fund;
§ 7i - Penalties;
§ 7j - Prohibition of performance of duties;
§ 7k - Bail;
§ 7l - Evidence on administrative criminal proceedings under §§ 7i and 7j;
§ 7m - Service;
§ 18a - Equal treatment with respect to languages.

Article 2.
Deals with amendments to the Wages Guarantee in Case of Insolvency Act (minor amendments).

Article 3.
Contains amendments to the Agricultural Employment Act (LAG), a new section § 14b is introduced concerning Measures against wages- and social-dumping.

Article 4.
Amends the Temporary Work Agency Act concerning limitation and exclusion of Act.

Article 5.
Amends the General Social Security Act 1955, § 31 Abs. 5 regarding uniform enforcement practices to fight wages- and social-dumping.
