Introduces, inter alia, minor changes to article 14 of the Law on Wages regulating rate fixing.

Amends the Labour Code by replacing in all articles of the Code the words "labour safety and hygiene" and "labour protection and hygiene norms" by "health protection and occupational safety" and "labour protection and industrial safety".
Also introduces changes in the following articles of the Code:
- Article 9 on employee's main rights and obligations;
- Article 10 on rights and duties of the employer;
- Article 111 on holiday non working days, article 136 on tariff system of labour remuneration;
- Article 139 on remuneration of the work carried out in unfavourable conditions;
- Article 155 on labour remuneration of holders of extra job (second job);
- Article 156 on labour remuneration in case of plurality of professions (jobs) and in case of fulfilling the obligations of temporary absent employees;
- Adds a new PART IX entitled HEALTH AND SAFETY which contains two Chapters: Chapter I - General Provisions (Articles 222-223) and Chapter II - Health and Safety Organization (Articles 224-225).

Amends Law No. 186-XVI of 10 July 2008 on Occupational Health and Safety by introducing minor changes in articles 6 on approval of normative acts in the sphere of occupational health and safety; article 7 on coordination of health protection and safety; and article 17 on training of employees.
