Lag (2010:208) om ändring i offentlighets- och sekretesslagen (2009:400).
Abstract/Citation
Amends chapter 26 article 1 (secrecy in social services concerning information about an individual), chapter 28 article 17 (secrecy) and chapter 37 article 3 (special regulations on secrecy in social services concerning information about an individual).
Amends the title following chapter 28 article 10, the new title is "The employment service, establishment allowance, unemployment benefits, etc".
Introduces a new article and a new title 12a to chapter 28 (establishment plan and reimbursement of establishment).
