Amends para 2 of article 1 of the Law on Labour Market Services and Benefits giving a new definition of the purpose of the law. According to the this new amendment it regulates the maintenance of records concerning the unemployed and jobseekers, provision of labour market services, payment of labour market benefits, preparation of employment programme based on the needs of the labour market, settlement of disputes arising from the implementation of this Act and liability for the violation of this Act.
Supplements the Law with new article 4 (1) (Employment Program).
Amends, inter alia, Para 1 of article of the Law on Unemployment Insurance. Changes concern conditions and procedure of unemployment benefits allowance in the case of lose of employment; gives new edition of article 2 (Insurance from Unemployment).
Amends and supplements the Law with articles 38(1) and 39 regulating issues related to the financing of special funds to finance the benefits provided by the Law.
