Abstract/Citation
Amends article 5, 33a, 36 and 39-40 concerning recommendations to participate in employment market policy programmes, repayment and recovery of financial assistance, reconsideration and appeal, authorisation of the Swedish Public Employment Service.
Amends title preceding article 5, 36, 39 and 40.
Introduces new articles 36a-36th concerning reimbursement and recovery of financial support.
