Abstract/Citation
This Law regulates, inter alia, several aspects of functioning of State owned companies. Supplements the Labour Code with article 349(1) (Particularities of Work Regulation of Employees of State Corporations and Companies). Amendment regulates the issue of potential conflict of interests between the state owned company employee's private business interests and those of the company. The Law restricts the possibility for private business practice for employees of State owned companies and sets up cases and procedures for derogation to this rule.
