Abstract/Citation: Contains 9 articles. Article 1 sets out the scope of the Act. Article 2 deals with the aim, which is to ensure that employers on the domestic labour market and their employees comply with the current acts, regulations and collective agreements. Article 3 sets out the obligation of employers to provide workplace ID cards to employees. Article 4 deals with inspection of workplaces and article 5 with enforcement. Fines and penalties are set out in article 6, article 7 deals with appeals, article 8 with regulations to implement the Act and article 9 states that the Act is to come into force at once.
