Abstract/Citation: In § 3 added paragraph 3a: Apprentices trained simultaneously for roofer / plumber are not subject to the provisions of this Act.
§ 4 para 1 and 1a Employee has a right to annual leave of 30 working days for each calendar year, increasing to 36 after employment of 1 150 qualifying weeks.
§ 7 para 2 The start date of holiday is to be determined by agreement between employers and employees under consideration for the business needs and the recovery ability of workers
§ 26 paragraph 1 Holidays and severance payment fund to pay administrative expenses and other burdens (social security contributions and wage-related statutory levies and contributions (fringe benefits) during winter period.
