Abstract/Citation
Establishes basis to conduct insurance business in the country. Regulates the creation, licensing, regulation and cessation of activities of the insurance organizations and their monitoring by public bodies.
Repeals the previous Law on Insurance of 20 July 1994 (No. 14) as well as its implementing Law of 20 July 1994 (No. 982).
