Issued under s. 38 of the Act of 20 December 1988 on staff representatives' committees (BGBl. Part I, p. 2312-2316). Concerns election committees, electoral lists announcement of election, proposals for candidate lists, election procedures in case of more than one list, or only one list, electoral preparation, voting in an assembly, voting in writing, special procedures for enterprise representatives' committees, and special procedures for shipping (eligibility to vote, role of captain).
