Amends Section 3 of Regulation of Health Professionals (564/1994). Introduces new sections 3 a-3 f regulating certain rights for students and administrators to practice within the area assigned to licensed persons within the health care system:
Section 3 a: The right of dentist students to practice within the area of licensed health professionals.
Section 3 b: The right of students in medicine or dentistry in foreign countries to practice within the area of licensed health professionals.
Section 3 c: The right of students in pharmacy to practice within the area of licensed health professionals.
Section 3 d: Other rights of students to practice within the area of licensed health professionals.
Section 3 e: Limits related to the right to practice within the area of licensed health professionals.
Section 3 f: Supervisor for students practising within the area of licensed health professionals.
