It amends the Regulations published in the Official Gazette No. 25393 dated 05.03.04:
Art. 7 para 1 (regional director);
Art. 11 para 1 (commission decisions);
Art. 13 para 1 (reasons to stop the work);
Art. 14 para 1 (reasons for closure of workplaces);
Art. 16 para 1 (closure of workplaces); and
Art. 17 paras 1 and 2 (dangerous works).
