| Abstract/Citation: | In accordance with the previous Governmental Decree No 1009 of 24 December 2008 to Assign the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development of the Russian Federation of functions of the competent body as provided by the ILO Recruitment and Placement of Seafarers Convention, 1996 (No. 179) and in order to implement the provisions of the Convention approves the exemplary form of the employment contract, signed with the employer (ship-owner) and employee for work with crews of ships sailing under the State flag of the Russian Federation. |
