Repeals the provisions of the Law on social Organizations and Citizens Associations (Official Gazette of SRS No. 24/1982, 39/1983, 17/1984, 50/1984 and 12/1989 and Official Gazette of RS No. 53/93, 67/93 and 48/94) as well as Law No. 42/1990 with respect to all provisions except those dealing with sports organizations and associations.

Also amends Law No. 56/1980 on movement and stay of foreigners by deleting articles 67-75 as well as Article 60(1)(2) of the Law on the Establishment of Specific Competencies of the Autonomous Province (Official Gazette of the RS No. 06/2002).
