Abstract/Citation
Amends chapter 3 articles 4, 5d, 7, 10a and 10b concerning the time limits and calculation of sick leave and benefits; and ch. 4 articles 9 and 14 concerning the right of parents to sick leave and benefits.
Adds ch. 3 art. 5c concerning the calculation of sickness benefit before and after one year of receiving complete or partial benefits.
