Abstract/Citation: Small enterprises are defined (Part 1 Section 3.1) as any person, natural or corporate or body of association of persons engaged or proposing to be engaged in carrying on a business with whose total assets, inclusive of those arising from loans but exclusive of land on which the particular business entity's office, plant and equipment are situated, must have a value of not more than $500,000.
