Abstract/Citation
Recognizes and confirms everybody¿s rights to freedom of conscience and religious freedom. While confirming the secular character of the State, highlights the particular role of the Hanafit branch of Islam in the development of national culture and spiritual life of the nation. Repeals the previous Law of 1990 on Religion and Religious Organizations.
