Regulates the basic principles of law making, concepts and types of normative legal acts, the relationship between different normative legal acts, as well as the order of their elaboration, adoption, publication, interpretation , systematization as well as means of resolution of legal collusions. Repeals the previous Law of 2003 on Normative Legal Acts.
