Confirms instruments to amend and supplement the Statute of the ILO adopted at the 85th session of the Governing Body on June 3, 1997, including insertion of paragraph 9 to allow the General Conference of the ILO by a two thirds majority to abrogate any Convention adopted if it no longer appears useful for the objectives of the organization. Contains provisions which state that the implementation of this law is under the jurisdiction of the central part of the State administration in charge of labour-related issues.
