Abstract/Citation: The Regulations delete and substitute Part A (General), B (Subdivision and Stability), B-1 (Stability), B-2 (Subdivision, Watertight and Weathertight Integrity), B-3 (Subdivision Load Line Assignment for Passenger Ships), B-4 (Stability Management) of Chapter II-1 of the Merchant Shipping (Safety Convention) Regulations (Rg 11). Also inserts a new Regulation 35-1 of Chapter II-1 (Bilge Pumping Arrangements). Makes various other consequential amendments.
