Abstract/Citation: Amends regulation 2 (changes hours from 30 to 35 hours), 6 (change in reference of section 42 to section 88), 7 (definition of part-time employee expanded to "If a part-time employee (other than a part-time employee who is required under his contract of service with his employer to work for at least 5 days, and 30 hours, a week)", and 8 (substitutes "section 44" for "section 89".
