The Resolution sets out a number of basic standards to be followed:
1. The presence of certified regulatory structure;
2. Balance of functions in accordance with actual needs, with the possibility of outsourcing some of the work and activities of others to the major companies, with a view to reducing the number of posts, and rationalizing the use of human resources;
3. A description of all the posts;
4. The application of the methodology for the assessment of certain posts;
5. The implementation of governance standards.
