Second Region

Law No. 5, 1998 concerning the establishment of a General Body to Manage Free Trade Areas is repealed. The free trade area is divided into several sections, each under the authority of a certain department. The Law also provides for rights of the workers in the free trade area, their duties and obligations as well as their wages.
