Regulates the registration of factories, factory permits, changes of occupier or use of factories, revocation of registration or permit and appeals to the Minister. Amends the Factories (Registration and Other Services - Fees and Forms) Regulations (Cap. 104, Rg. 5) by deleting regulation 3 and Part I of the First Schedule.
