||Regulates the retrenchment of less than 5 employees in any six month period including the giving of notice, the establishemnt of a Retrenchment Board and approval of retrenchment. These Regulations repeal the Labour Relations (Retrenchment) Regulations, 2003 (S.I. 132 of 2003). Retrenchments of 5 employees and over are dealt with under sections 12C and D of the Labour Act.
