Abstract/Citation
Amends section 33(8) (Social activities of trade unions and confederations) by replacing the words "by decision of the assembly general" by "decision of the board of directors".
It also amends section 62 related to the obligation of employers to inform the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of recruitments, terminations of contracts and dismissals of workers until the 15th of the following month.
