Abstract/Citation
Provides, inter alia, that foreigners may only work once they have obtained a work permit and sets forth the conditions for granting work permits. Establishes a list of those persons who shall not be granted a work permit and sets forth that the number of foreign workers in an establishment may not exceed 10% of the total number of workers.
