Abstract/Citation: Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act 2001 to, inter alia, exclude persons receiving a state pension from the application of the Act. Extends coverage to domestic workers employed by more than one employer and also to domestic workers whose employment contract is terminated by reason of the death of the employer. Adjusts benefits for illness, maternity and adoption. Provides for the establishment of regional appeals committees and amends the resolution procedure related to disputes concerning non-payment or payment of benefits.
