Abstract/Citation: Made under the Police Force Act 2004 (Act 24 of 2004). Divided into 7 Parts. Part 1 contains preliminary provisions, Part 2 concerns organisation and hierarchy, Part 3 concerns administration of auxiliary police forces, Part 4 deals with discipline and punishment, Part 5 establishes the proceedings of Compensation Board, Part 6 deals with controls on ownership and Part 7 contains general provisions. Regulation 17 provides that associations may not conduct business during working hours unless permission has been granted and Regulation 18 establishes that no auxiliary police officer may strike.
