Abstract/Citation
Made in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety (Promotion) Act, 1994. Sets forth provisions to reduce the risk of young persons being engaged in positions that are hazardous to their health such as: risk assessment by the employer; the provision of medical examinations and limited working hours. Also provides a list of agents and processes to which young persons may not be exposed.
