Abstract/Citation: Chapter 1. General provisions
The Act determines the tasks of the State with regard to promotion of employment, alleviation of effects of unemployment and professional "activation". The above mentioned tasks shall be realized by the labour market institutions in order to:

- ensure full and productive employment,
- develop human ressources,
- attain a high quality of work,
- reinforce social integration and solidarity.
