Comprehensive legislation on administration of estates of bankrupts. Comprises 9 parts. Part 1 (s. 4-29) regulates proceedings from act of bankruptcy to discharge. Part 2 (s. 30-33) provides for disqualifications of bankrupt. Part 3 (s. 34-61) regulates administration of property. Part 4 (s. 62-64) deals with receiver in bankruptcy. Part 5 (s. 65-81) provides for trustees in bankruptcy. Part 6 (s. 82-98) regulates jurisdiction, procedure and powers of court. Part 7 (s. 99-100) deals with small bankruptcies. Part 8 (s. 101-102) contains supplemental provisions. Part 9 (s. 114-122) provides for punishment of fraudulent debtors.
