|Abstract/Citation:||Provides for conditions of payment of gratuity (section 2) and its rate (section 3). Makes provision for the liability of the employer in case of non-payment of gratuity and applicable procedure (Part III - sections 8 to 19).
Amends sections 31B and 33 of the Industrial Disputes Act, section 32 of the Land Reform Law and section 17 of the Land Acquisition Act.
