With regard to Act No. 689 of 2002: amends, i.a., s. 17(3) and (4), ch. 6 (basis for calculating pension), ch. 7 (administration), ch. 7a (annual report and auditing), ch. 8 (investment of funds) and ch. 9 (supervision); adds a new s. 17(5) to (7).
Respecting Act No. 422 of 2003: amends, i.a., s. 54(1) and ch. 11 (labour market occupational injury insurance, annual report and auditing, investment rules, supervision).
