Abstract/Citation
Establishes the principles of equality before law. Deals with the legal status of convicted persons, institutions and bodies in charge of the execution of sentences. Section II provides for the execution of punishments not connected with isolation of convicted persons from society and Chapter 6 deals with execution of the penalty of correctional labour.
