Abstract/Citation: Regulates mandate, administration, control, and funding of Bank. Objectives of Bank include promotion, facilitation and support of: (a) equitable ownership of agricultural land; (b) agrarian reform and land redistribution or development programmes aimed at historically disadvantaged persons; (c) land access for agricultural purposes; (d) agricultural entrepreneurship; (e) removal of legacy of past racial and gender discrimination in agricultural sector; and (f) enhancement of productivity.
