| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes principles governing associations which have been formed by at least seven persons on a permament basis with a view to realising a specific objetive which is not prohibited by law. Part II regulates foundation of associations, and establishes which associations are prohibited. No associations shall be founded which contravene fundamental principles laid down in the Constitution. Also prohibits foundation of associations which claim that minorities based on racial or linguistic differences exist on the national territory. Part VII sets forth sanctions for persons belonging to, and participating in activities of, prohibited associations. |
